We’re always happy to hear from you, but we know sometimes you just want an answer. Here is a collection of answers to the most frequently asked questions. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please use our contact form or send your inquiries to customerservice@shennel.com. All questions will be addressed within 24-48 hours of email receipt. Please note that for your security, we actively discourage placing an order with us via e-mail.

How long until I receive my wholesale order? And when will I know it's been shipped?

We generally ship wholesale orders within 3-7 business days. If an item is not in stock we will notify you by email or phone call.

You will be notified by email when your package has left our warehouse. The email will include a tracking number to track your order. You can login to your account online to see your order status.

What payment methods are accepted?

When ordering online we currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Our online payment processor is PayPal and our offline method is check by mail.

When ordering offline we offer three options of payment: all four major credit cards, COD (company check, cashier’s check or money order), and Net 30 days.

What are the minimum order requirements for wholesale customers?

For first time buyers, a minimum order of $200 for the initial order is required for wholesale users.

No minimum is required for reorders or future purchases.

All bounced checks will be assessed $25 Bounced Check Fee.

What is your shipping policy? Do you offer Free shipping, Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air, Next Day?

Items are typically shipped using UPS. A customer’s shipping account may be provided to avoid shipping charges.

All merchandise in stock will be shipped promptly, or during the specified completion date. Please provide a form of payment to ensure prompt shipment.

All items not in stock are automatically backordered, and are filled once back in stock. When shipping backordered items, buyers are only required to pay half of the shipping charges for those items.

Discontinued items will be removed from your order.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Free shipping for purchases of $100.00 OR MORE. Limited to the 48 contiguous states in the continental U.S.A.

Flat rate of $9.95 for purchases under $100.00. Limited to the 48 contiguous states in the continental U.S.A.

Alaska and Hawaii shipping addresses $20.00 Flat Rate.

Shipping outside of the United States to Canada only with no exceptions, Flat Rate $35.00.

2nd Day guaranteed shipping by FedEx or UPS is available at an additional cost.

Overnight guaranteed shipping by FedEx or UPS is available at an additional cost.

What is your return and exchange policy? Do you offer free returns on damaged goods?

Damaged merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Returns of undamaged merchandise without an appropriate reason will be charged a 15% to 30% restocking fee.

In order to receive full refund, products must be in the condition you received them.

Please allow 7 to 10 business to process the return. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment.

Please note: some items may not be returned, such as Special Made Items, Special Ordered Items.

You can return unworn, undamaged items within 60 days of ship date for an exchange.

Exchanges are only valid for items within the same season.

Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.

I'm a retail customer and was wondering is it possible to buy at wholesale pricing?

You must be a retailer, sales rep or shop owner to receive wholesale pricing.

I'm a retailer and would like to purchase wholesale. How do I register?
